Having buy-in from key stakeholders within a business is essential to the success of change strategies. Who are these key stakeholders? The very people that make up the organisation.
Harmonising Change has created Change Navigators that we hope will seek out and resonate with people fulfilling specific roles in the organisation. We understand that transformation is an individual process and so it was important to show people that we acknowledge this. As we work through strategies with different organisations, we wanted people to find the Navigator that best describes them, thus ensuring that they feel seen and heard and furthermore accept that they play a significant role in this journey.
